Château d'Esclans Whispering Angel Rose 375ml 2019 (Grenache, Rolle, Syrah, Vermentino and Cinsault)
- View: pale salmon.
- Nose: aromas of ripe raspberry, white peach, passion fruit, lemon peel.
- Mouth: Silky texture, charming, refined layers of white peach, cherry, tangerine, citrus, with hints of exotic spices, passion fruit and mango.
APPELLATION: Côtes de Provence.
GRAPES: Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah.
PREPARATION: vinified in stainless steel tanks with controlled fermentation temperature without barrel to maintain freshness and all living berry flavors.
WINE PAIRING: as an aperitif, grilled fish, shellfish dishes, poultry grilled, soft cheeses, salads, meats, berries and stone fruit with fresh cream.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 ° C

Has a strong colour. I noticed a smell of red berries. A very powerful rosé.
