Whispering Angel 2016

- Another classic d'Esclans.
- Pale pink in colour with perfect minerality and pink grapefruit on the palate.
- The grapes were grown from some of the finest vines in La Motte en Provence.

A wine to be paired with "Tapas". A wine to enjoy with a friend.
A beautiful colour. Very mild Smell of red fruit . The Côtes De Provence tasted like wild berries.

TASTING NOTES:
- View: pale pink, with garnet reflexes.
- Nose: Intense aromas of red fruits, wild berries, spices and flowers of the forest.
- Mouth: fleshy, dense, fresh, intense and round body. Red fruit flavors and good acidity. long and sweet finish.

APPELLATION: Côtes de Provence.
VINEYARD: Château d'Esclans.
GRAPES: Syrah, Grenache, Consault, Vermentino.

AGEING: 6 months in stainless steel casks on its lees.
PREPARATION: The harvest of the grapes is done by hand, during warm weather noon. The grapes are subjected to a stripping process and pressed at low temperatures of 7-8 °C, to avoid oxidation of the grapes. fermentation is performed in stainless steel barrels, at controlled temperatures of 14 °C for a period of 15 to 20 days. pumping is done twice a week.

PAIRING: Appetizers, white meat, seafood, nuts, vegetable creams, creamy desserts.
TEMPERATURE: 10-14 °C
