- View: very light, reflections peach and salmon.
- Nose: hawthorn and white flowers, subtle toasted notes.
- Mouth: sweetness, finesse and great length.

Pinkish-orange colour. Soft and fresh aromas. This Côtes De Provence was nice and really fresh.
We drank it just like that, without any food pairing.
