- View: pale pink with salmon tints.
- Nose: Aromatic notes of ripe red fruits; cherries, strawberries, raspberries. With hints of lime, orange and grapefruit.
- Mouth: fine and delicate flavor, with balanced acidity and a remarkable level of sweetness. It has a very fruity aftertaste on the palate.
APPELLATION: Cotes de Provence.
VINEYARD: Chateau de l'Aumerade.
GRAPES: Cinsault, Grenache.
AGEING: This wine is allowed to stand 2 months on its lees.
PREPARATION: The grapes are pressed by bleeding method and macerated cold for several hours. Then the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, using natural yeast. The wine is allowed to stand two months on its lees before stabilizing, filtered and bottled.
PAIRING: Appetizers, fresh salads, white meats, seafood, lobster, lamb, pork chops, pastas, risottos, carpaccio, sauteed vegetables, fruit and cream desserts.
