This wonderful rose made from Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah grapes has a refreshingly fruity bouquet with excellent fruitiness and a refreshing acidity through to a delightfully smooth finish.

The Château de l'Aumerade is a 400 year old French vineyard located in the protected plain of Pierrefeu, in the heart of Provençe in France and encompasses 550 hectares of vines under the watchful ownership of Henri Fabre. Its scarlet, mineral rich soils elevate the quality from other areas of the Provence appellation.

In 1950 the estate was awarded its first distinction and was designated as ‘Cru Classé'.

Grapes:      50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 10% Syrah.

Region:
France / Provence / Cotes de Provence Cru Classe AOC

Maker:        Nicolas Turounet

Taste:          Refreshingly fruity bouquet of citrus aromas of orange and grapefruit with delicate spice and mineral flavours on the spicy and fleshy palate. Refreshing acidity through to an elegant finish.

Serve:         Chilled as an aperitif or as the perfect accompaniment to fish, chicken and vegetarian dishes. It also accompanies summer fruit puddings well. Will also go very well with Asian cuisine

ABV:           13.5%
