Château de l'Aumérade Cuvee Marie Christine Rose Cru Classe Côtes de Provence 2018

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: bright pink, with slight amber highlights.
  • Nose: sweet and intense aroma with notes of rose petals, ripe red fruits, strawberries, blueberries, citrus and wild flowers.
  • Mouth: intense and pleasant flavor with a velvety texture and soft notes of red fruits, dark berries and citrus on the palate.

APPELLATION: Côtes De Provence (Provence, France)

VINEYARD: Château de l'Aumérade.

GRAPES: Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault.

AGEING: Madura on lees in stainless steel tanks.

PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, before being destemmed, followed by cold maceration of the skins for 12 hours, then make gentle pressing. Passes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 0 ° C.

WINE PAIRING: Grilled fish, seafood, pork tenderloin, beef stew, vegetarian dishes and Asian dishes.
