I drank this Cabernet Sauvignon  with my partner.
Intense pink coulour. The typical Cabernet smell of green peppers. On the palate was quite thick.
It accompanied our desserts.

- View: Pale pink and delicate with white flashes.
- Nose: slightly strawberries and citrus, vibrant and with a slight let other red fruits fruits. Vibrant smell, but elegant.
- Mouth: fruity and incredibly refreshing taste. Easy to drink, its aroma combines with his mouthfeel. Excellently balanced acidity.

APPELLATION: Côtes de Gascogne.
VINEYARD: Domaine Horgelus.
GRAPES: Merlot, Tannat, Cabernet.

AGEING: It is recommended to consume one or two years after bottling.
DEVELOPMENT: The grapes are harvested by hand early in the morning or at night, taking advantage of cooler temperatures for pressing back and obtain the must, thereby maintaining the quality of natural odors. the result is transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation and then is clarified, filtered and encloses the liquid in a bottle.
