- Nose: Aromatic notes of citrus, tropical and exotic rub; apricot, pineapple, golden apple, peach, pear, lime, orange.
- Mouth: fresh and elegant taste, with a very balanced acidity and a lasting finish on the palate.
APPELLATION: Côtes de Gascogne.
VINEYARD: Domaine du Tariquet.
GRAPES: Gros Manseng.
AGEING: This wine is consumed young. It has a shelf life of two to three years in bottle.
PREPARATION: The grapes Gros Manseng pressed gently and left to macerate for a period of 24 hours at moderate temperatures, then the wort is carried stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place, using very cold temperatures, in order to maintain flavors and aromas. Finally it is stabilized, filtered and bottled.
PAIRING: Fresh salads, appetizers, lamb, poultry, seafood, lobster, oysters, pasta, paellas, risottos, carpaccio, fresh cheeses, fruit and cream desserts.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C
