- This wine is from the south of France and is made from a blend of Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It’s quite rich and full for a rosé from France (which are usually light and delicate) and has flavours and aromas of ripe strawberries and pears.
- Fresh and fuity, intense with notes of citrus, peach and honey.
- Full flavoured palate, crisp acid finish and long mineral aftertaste.
- View: bright pink salmon.
- Nose: Intense and fresh nose of ripe fruit and floral notes.
- Mouth: balanced, active and persistent with a good length.
APPELLATION: Côtes Catalanes.
VINEYARD: rolled pebbles floors.
GRAPES: Grenache Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon 60% to 40%.
PREPARATION: maceration for 12 hours, then bleeding for black Grenache, perfectly clear and fermented separately at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C to preserve fruit flavors juices.
PAIRING: roasted peppers, sausages and salads.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12ºC
