Produced in the appellation Côte de Beaune Villages with the grape variety Pinot Noir, this French red wine has aromas of currants, cherries, raspberries, cedar, tobacco, vanilla, cocoa, smoked meat, cloves, cinnamon, marzipan and violet. On the palate fleshy, juicy, velvety, very beautiful fruit, finely spiced, mineral, rich in finesse, highly elegant, animating and very long lasting. This powerful red wine goes very well with game.

APPELLATION: Cote de Beaune-Villages.
VINEYARD: Vineyards of the villages of Santenay, Savigny Auxey-Duresses and them Beaunes and Ladoix.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir.
AGEING: 12 months in oak barrels.
PREPARATION: grapes harvested and handpicked, prepared according to the methods of the viticulture a minimum intervention policy and respect of nature, during cultivation and wine making, without filtration or treatments.
PAIRING: light meals (claientes starters, white and red meats with light sauces, dishes with wine sauce (eggs "meurette" and chicken) and not too strong white cheeses.
