Vilosell 2016 is an elegant, complex and deep wine. A wine with its own character that reflects the scenery, the earth where the vineyards are cultivated and the philosophy of Tomàs Cusiné. The Vilosell, the town where the vineyard is located which serves as the location for the winemaking, is located in the extreme south of the Denominacion de Origen, Costers del Segre, inside the sub-zone of Les Garrigues, in the province of Lleida; the winegrowing zone with the greatest altitude of the southern half of Catalonia (Catalunya).

TASTING NOTES OF Vilosell 2016:
- View: cherry red.
- Nose: aromas of ripe black fruit, spicy and toasted parenting.
- Boca: structure, amplitude and a long end.
APPELLATION: Costers del Segre.
GRAPES: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Merlot and Syrah.
AGEING: aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
PAIRING: stews, roast pork, grilled lamb, semi-hard cheeses, rice with meat, sausages and civet.
TEMPERATURE: 15 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.5%
After 20 years of experience manufacturing and marketing of wines in Costers del Segre, Tomàs Cusiné beginning in 2003, his new wine venture. Very knowledgeable about the area, engages his company with a long-term, with the aim of consolidating its hold of prestige. It is installed in the village of El Vilosell, in the region of Les Garrigues (Lleida), rent the old cooperative and remodeling, restoring underground silos and incorporating all the necessary infrastructure for elegant wines of great quality.
