Taleia 2018 (Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc)
TASTING NOTES:

AGING:
PREPARATION: Manual harvest with small 10kg boxes of grapes exclusively from the farm itself. A part of the wine has been fermented in new French oak barrels, with a certain aging period on the lees. The rest of the wine has been made in small 25-h stainless steel vats and in stone vats from the 17C. XII.
