Fermentation was carried out with the skins in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at a controlled temperature at 25 - 28 ° C. During this time performed remounted with different frequency and intensity, and some "delestage" according to the time of fermentation in order to extract all the best qualities of the grape. After finishing the fermentation the skin contact was maintained to achieve greater extraction of flavor, color and structure. Wineries Raimat were the second major project Raventos family, a pioneer in the production of cava in Spain through its winery Codorniu. Raimat the first winery was built in 1918 by the modernist architect Rubio i Bellver, quite innovative at the time. In 1988, was renovated by the architect Domingo Triay, who designed a two-story pyramid.

Se realizó maceración prefermentativa en frío para potenciar los aromas a fruta y obtener una mejor estructura y color. La fermentación se realizó junto con los hollejos en depósitos de acero inoxidable durante 10 días a una temperatura controlada a 25-28 ºC. Durante este tiempo se realizaron remontados con distinta frecuencia e intensidad, y algún “delestage”, según el momento de fermentación, para así poder extraer todas las mejores cualidades de la uva. Una vez acabada la fermentación se mantuvo el contacto con los hollejos para poder conseguir una mayor extracción de aroma, color y estructura. Una vez finalizada la maceración posfermentativa, se separó el vino de las pieles, se prensó y posteriormente empezó la fermentación maloláctica. Después de la fermentación maloláctica, el vino pasó más de un año en barrica de roble francés y americano para redondear los taninos y conferir un bouquet mucho más especial a este crianza tinto.
