Recaredo Reserva Particular Brut Nature 2007
- View: intense straw yellow, soft golden flecks, bright, bubble fine.
- Nose: notes of yeast (bakery) and reductive notes of aging, nuts, toasted and smoked light, thin sweet notes, notes of yeast, memories of sweet pastries (cokes and brioches), soft floral background.
- Mouth: fresh, pleasant, with excellent tour, with integrated bubble well, with good load of ripe citrus (lime and lemon compote), creamy, somewhat greasy, well structured, consistent and persistent bitterness. Long, fruity aftertaste smoky aftertaste and yeast.
VINEYARDS: Old vineyards grown organically and located in the area of the Coster of the Bitlles River in the Alt Penedès. Soil texture very calcareous and frank (balance sand, clay and silt).
GRAPES: Macabeo Xarel.lo 60% to 40%.
AGEING: minimum of 9 years and 9 months (117 months) in the cellars. Crianza and disgorgement date indicated on the back label.
