Gramona Imperial Brut Gran Reserva 375ml 2016 (Chardonnay, Macabeo and Xarel·lo)
- View: Straw yellow with golden highlights.
- Nose: subtle aroma with notes of apple, biscuits, spices, flowers and sea breeze. Because contact with the yeast highlight ripe fruit aromas with toasty, nutty backgrounds.
- Mouth: crisp taste, with notes of ripe fruits and is pleasant on the palate.
APPELLATION: Catalonia (Spain).
VINEYARD: Caves Gramona.
GRAPES: Xarel·lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Chardonnay.
AGEING: Madura in wooden barrels between 36 and 48 months.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand and macerated in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures, then they are fermented by the yeasts in wooden barrels.

Typical opacity of a Caves Gramona. A wine with clearly projected aromas and flavours, such as yeast. Good acidity for my taste.
