Gramona Celler Batlle 2009 (Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo)
- View: Intense red color.
- Nose: intense with notes of white fruits, apple, apricot, light touches of herbs, lemon peel, roasted and fresh yeast.
- Mouth: Intense, silky flavor with fine bubbles and a long, fresh finish.
APPELLATION: Catalonia (Spain).
GRAPES: Macabeo and Xarello.
AGEING: aged for 120 months in bottle. manual disgorgement is then performed and expedition liqueur added the hearth with 7 grams / liter of sugar.
