TASTING NOTES OF Klein Constantia 50cl 2011:
- View: golden amber.
- Nose: aromas of freshly dried pineapple with hints of vanilla, toasted almonds, heady aromas of spices, fresh tangerine, lemongrass and mango.
- Mouth: concentrated flavors of apricot and orange zest.
APPELLATION: South Africa.
GRAPES: Muscat.
WINE PAIRING: desserts such as tarte tatin and creme brulee, or cheeses like Roquefort and Stilton.

Klein Constantia Estate

Constantia, the first wine farm in Southern Africa, was established in 1685 and was used to produce wine as well as other fruit and vegetables and cattle farming.

I had the pleasure of taking it at a barbecue.
I recommend to pair it with "Pinchos" or "Tapas"
