TASTING NOTES:

View: dark red.
Nose: Aromas with multiple layers of bright red fruit, black berries, black cherries, plums and ripe strawberries with hints of black chocolate and cinnamon.
Mouth: Fresh fruits and juicy plums, cherries and black currants on the palate, with a soft, spicy aftertaste.

APPELLATION: Constantia.

VINEYARD: Winery Groot Constantia.

GRAPES: 100% Pinotage.

AGEING: 12 months in French oak barrels.

WINE PAIRING: Excellent with lamb.

Vermelho bordeaux. Aromas fortes a frutos do bosque. Um travo bastante demorado.

- The wine displays typical Constantia elegance on the palate. The natural acidity gives a freshness to the wine and the tannins are soft and approachable.
