AGEING: 18 months in French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to a stripping process and gentle pressing. The must obtained is macerated at cold temperatures in contact with the skins for a period of 15 days. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel barrels at controlled temperatures of 22 to 25 ° C, for a period of 30 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Finally, the wine is filtered and bottled.
