Yves Cuilleron Condrieu Petite Côte 2018 (Viognier)
- View: matt, dark golden yellow highlights.
- Nose: aromas of Viognier typical: yellow fruit with ripe fruit, apricot and peach, violet floral notes and hints of sweet spices.
- Mouth: some sweet notes of flowers and honey, fresh charming atmosphere and gourmet.
VINEYARD: vineyards located in the center of the denomination, mostly in terraces in the town of Chavanay, south / southeast exposure, with the distinction of being exclusively muscovite granites.
AGEING: 50% aged in wood fudres 30 hectoliters and 50% in Burgundy barrels without racking, eight months on lees. Assembly of the different plots before bottling.
METHOD: Handpicked by vinficación traditional plots, minimal use of oenological prodcutos (indigenous yeasts). alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in wooden fudres.
PAIRING: as an aperitif, with fish, seafood and shellfish.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 11 ° C
