“The Friulano Collio Livon born in vineyards located in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio. It is produced with Friulano grapes, harvested and selected at hand. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18ºC. The wine matures in the same containers for 5 months and for a further period in the bottle before being released in commercio.Questo Collio Friulano is characterized by a pale yellow color with greenish hues. The nose opens with a delicate bouquet with pleasant hints of almond. The palate is full-bodied, dry and pleasantly armonico.Perfetto with appetizers and dishes of fish, is ideal in combination with white meats and cold cuts.”
