TASTING NOTES OF Livio Felluga Rosso Vertigo Delle Venezie 2016:
- View: purplish red almost impenetrable.
- Nose: an intriguing plum, fig, mulberry, spicy sensations of nutmeg and snuff leaves aroma.
- Mouth: powerful and elegant, with fruity aromas of Granada and Granny Smith apple, bitter end.
APPELLATION: Delle Venezie.
GRAPES: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.
AGEING: 12 months in steel and in small oak barrels at the end of bottle aging.
PAIRING: first savory dishes, red meats, roasts and middle-aged cheeses.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
