The Friuli Eastern Hills Sauvignon The company was founded in Zamò Vigne vineyards located in the municipality of Manzano, in the province of Udine. It is made from Sauvignon grapes, harvested and selected at hand in the first week of September. The fermentation takes place, with maceration of 48 hours in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-17ºC. Then the wine is aged on its lees for eight months before final bottling. Golden yellow color, Sauvignon Vigne Zamò the nose opens with a fruity complex bouquet of citrus and tropical fruits, enriched by aromas of elderflower, sage and tomato leaf. The palate is at the same time soft and character, tracing the scent detected by smell. Excellent with first courses with tomato and asparagus, this Sauvignon is ideal with omelets and all the dishes based on fish. Try it with shellfish and sea bass with green pepper.
