Le Vigne di Zamò Sauvignon 2018 (Sauvignon Blanc)
- View: Bright yellow with green flashes.
- Nose: aroma of flowers and tropical fruits with citrus notes.
- Mouth: soft and full of minerals with notes of sweet muscat and herbs taste.
APPELLATION: Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy.
VINEYARD: Le Digne di ZAMO.
GRAPES: 100% Suavignon.
PREPARATION: when the grapes are harvested, dilate and then stacked statically overnight in stainless steel tanks termocondicionados. Then follows them nitrogen pressurization and controlled fermentation. Then the wine remains in yeast for eight months until it is bottled.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal with appetizers, pasta dishes, fish and crustaceans.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 - 10 °C
