Elaboration of Ermacora Ribolla Gialla 2018
Ermacora Ribolla Gialla 2018 (Ribolla Gialla)
- View: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
- Nose: distinctive wisteria flowers and notes of mandarin aroma.
- Mouth: good balance between acidity and softness, often with notes of citrine.
APPELLATION: Colli Orientali del Friuli (Venezia Giulia, Italy).
GRAPES: 100% Ribolla Gialla.
AGING on lees with constant batonnages in stainless steel tanks 17 - 18 °C, after bottling their bottles are stored in lying position in climatized rooms for some time before getting the product to market.
PREPARATION: the harvest is done manually during the second and third week of September after the vinification of grapes by gently press and fermentation at 17-18 °C of that product.
WINE PAIRING: very pleasant as an aperitif, goes well with white fish and frying, snacks raw or smoked fish.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 - 10 °C
