Elaboration of Ermacora Malvasia 2018
Ermacora Malvasia 2018 (Malvasía)
- View: intense straw yellow color.
- Nose: authentic varietal aroma, reminiscent of aromatic herbs and crisp white peach.
- Boca: envelope, smooth and balanced, with an almost salt entrance, and a fairly aromatic finish.
APPELLATION: Colli Orientali del Friuli (Venezia Giulia, Italy).
GRAPES: 100% Malvasia.
AGING on lees with constant batonnages in stainless steel tanks 17 - 18 °C, after bottling their bottles are stored horizontally in climatized rooms for some time before getting the product to market.
PREPARATION: the harvest is done manually during the second and third week of September after the vinification of grapes by gently press and fermentation at 17-18 °C of that product.
WINE PAIRING: perfect with spring risottos, seafood and baked fish.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 - 10 °C
