The Eastern Hills Friuli Ribolla of Angoris Tenuta born in vineyards located in Stabili della Rocca, in the municipality of Cormòns, the Friuli wine capital. It is produced exclusively from Ribolla grapes, harvested in late September. After cold maceration, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature for 10 days, and then rests for 8 months in stainless steel containers. Subsequently, the wine ages in the bottle for 1 month before being marketed. This Ribolla is straw yellow with green highlights. The nose opens with a delicate, floral bouquet, characterized by elegant aromas of acacia, enriched with pleasant hints of peach, apricot and lemon. The palate is soft, elegant and pleasantly fruity, with a marked acidity and a pleasant minerality. Perfect to accompany meats and sausages, it is ideal in combination with raw fish, seafood, shellfish and vegetables.
