TASTING NOTES:

Color: bright amber.
Aroma: Aroma Intense vanilla, caramel and roasted cedar wood with hints of dried apricot.
Taste: Smooth, rich, with a long finish. It is harmonic and has notes of vanilla and caramel intense.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: This brandy is made from holandas, ie spirits low alcohol wine associated with distilled spirits of wine, then aged in oak barrels for more than two years previously ENVIN with odorous through the solera system through which delicate aromas and flavors are obtained. Perfect to be served alone or with ice to enjoy its nuances. It is ideal to accompany creme brule and chocolate desserts.
