PRODUCTION DETAILS: Inspired by the adventures of Hernando de Magallanes and Juan Sebastián El Cano, who spent 103 days at sea without touching any strip of dry land, comes this reserve brandy with all the character of the sea, and the sophistication of a well-mannered gentleman. For the distillation of this liquor, only clean, healthy, balanced wines are selected, mostly from the Arién variety, but also from the Palomino variety, very popular in the Andalucía region of Spain where it is processed. Following the Solera method, this beautiful reserve sherry brandy was matured for more than 24 months in American oak barrels seasoned with Amontillado sherry, giving it a bold profile. This Solera method consists of a system of different scales of ageing, where periodic extractions are scheduled in order to mix an aged batch with a much younger one. The result is a firm liquor, with a round body and a warm and tasty flavour. Osborne 103 Solera Reserva can be enjoyed as a pure beverage, at hand-hot temperature.
ALCOHOL: 36%
