TASTING NOTES:View: pale pink, very fine perlage.Nose: complex, enveloping, with floral and vegetable sensations.Mouth: full, dry, fresh, salty and mineral notes.APPELLATION: Liguria.GRAPES: Ciliegiolo and Granaccia.AGEING: 22 months on yeast, 14 of them in the deep sea, 60 meters below sea level.PROCESSING: soft pressing, static decanting, the first and second fermentation steel fermentation in bottle by the classical method.WINE PAIRING: fish appetizers, grilled fish, cooked fish, sausages as mortadella or salami, pasta with fish blank, seafood risotto, seafood steamed pasta with fish and tomato.RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °CALCOHOL: 12%
