TASTING NOTES:

  • View: powder pink.
  • Nose: delicate and complex aroma reminiscent of Mediterranean vegetation and salt, vegetable tones in the background.
  • Mouth: Intense and decided on the palate, with a fruity aftertaste and a slight fruitiness.

APPELLATION: Cinqueterre

VINEYARD: The Bisson farm was born in Chiavari in 1978 of the idea and the talent of the great sommelier Pierluigi Lugano, with the intention of being able to treat indigenous grapes, began to buy small lots of grapes scattered farmers territory and do wine in his cellar using modern production techniques.
