Frescobaldi Castiglioni Chianti 375ml 2018 (Merlot and Sangiovese)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: bright ruby red and purple.
- Nose: fruity and immediate, fresh cherries, red berries, Mediterranean herbs and red flowers.
- Mouth: Soft, fresh, fruity, crisp, delicate and harmonious.
APPELLATION: Chianti.
GRAPES: Sangiovese 90% and 10% Merlot
AGEING: Aged for 6 months in stainless steel.
PREPARATION: Steel fermentation on the skins for 11 days, with subsequent malolactic fermentation.
WINE PAIRING: risotto with meat sauce, you sausages, roast or grilled, stewed white meats and mushroom risotto.
