Antinori Chianti Classico Villa Antinori Riserva Magnum 2016 (Canaiolo and Sangiovese)
- View: Ruby red color.
- Nose: intense fruity notes of ripe cherries, red currants, wild berries and fruits mixed with notes of well integrated oak and toasted snuff, and a touch of balsamic sensations.
- Mouth: Taste quite broad and enveloping, tasty, soft, velvety tannins and a long finish and persistent.
APPELLATION: Chianti Classico (Tuscany, Italy).
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) and Sangiovese (90%).
PREPARATION: The grapes undergo a de-stemming and gentle pressing in the cellar. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with maximum temperatures of 30 ° C. After having a skin contact for 15 days during which various mechanical techniques were used to extract tannin and aroma.
