TASTING NOTES OF Clos de L'Oratoire Des Papes Chateauneuf Du Pape Blanc 2014:
- View: bright, almost tan straw.
- Nose: intense and mineral nose with white fruit (peach, pear), pear brandy, and a spicy character base and elegant white pepper, licorice and wild flowers.
- Mouth: perfect harmony between round attack, the intensity of the fruit, and the final freshness. Mineral good length, fine notes of tea.
