APPELLATION: Champagne, France.

GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay.
AGEING: 4 months in oak barrels.
PREPARATION: It is composed entirely of Chardonnay grapes village of Avize Grand Cru. The aging process can give roundness and a touch of toast indicating good aging potential.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal with complex and traditional dishes, and any seafood dish.
