- Mouth: medium-bodied wine with a refined pure and incisive mousse with notes of acid taste.
APPELLATION: Champagne, France.
VINEYARD: Champagne Taittinger.
GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay.
AGEING: 4 months in oak barrels.
PREPARATION: It is composed entirely of Chardonnay grapes village of Avize Grand Cru. The aging process can give roundness and a touch of toast indicating good aging potential.
