I drank it with my sister.
Has a very cheerful colour. A wine with clearly projected aromas and flavours, such as yeast. Softer than 2002.
I'd like to try it with a carpaccio.

One with a very nice color. Reminiscent of other sparkling wines by the aromas of yeast. It smelled a bit of smoke.
It goes well with a strong fish.
A little expensive.
