Taittinger Brut Réserve Magnum (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir)
- View: Beautiful light straw color, with golden light and a flash intense. Effervescence is fine and impetuous.
- Nose: Very expressive, open and fruity. It gives off delicate hints of stone fruits like peaches, apricots, plums and fragrant white flowers (acacia, hawthorn).
- Mouth: Live and fresh, it also harmonious. Delicate flavours of fresh fruits and honey. The finish is a subtle persistence.
GRAPES: Chardonnay (40%) and Pinot (60%)
WINEMAKING: Taittinger Brut Réserve is a harmonious blend of several vintages and wines from vineyards planted with Chardonnay (40%) and Pinot (60%) perfectly ripened.
This proportion of Chardonnay is seldom found in great Champagnes.

Founded in 1734 by Jacques Fourneux, a French wine merchant, Champagne Taittinger is still owned by the Taittinger family since 1932 and is considered being one of the oldest champagne cellars. Established in the historic mansion of the Counts of Champagne it has magnificent underground cellars built in the 4th century by the Benedictine monks from the Abbey of Saint Nicaise.More about the Winery
