Ruinart Brut Rosé

Intriguing brilliant coppery pink, has a fine and quite persistent, giving a bouquet at the same time fresh and evolved. The small red fruit and black, with open recognition of strawberry blend with hints of jam, floral notes coexist with perceptions and toasted vanilla. The mouth is fairly structured and equipped with a nice acidity. Very soft fruit notes and resubmit the jam, in addition to aromas of ripe peach, caramel, cocoa and vanilla. Persistent proposes closing the net on a toasted hints pleasantly bitter finish.

- Ruinart Rose, as with all Ruinart champagnes, is made with a high proportion of Chardonnay giving great finesse and elegance - so characteristic of Ruinart champagnes.
- Presented in an elegant 18th century style bottle, this champagne reveals such a fresh, distinctive, rose petal pink colour. To be served as an aperitif, followed by poultry, white meats.
- A blend of 45% Premier Cru Chardonnay and 55% Premier Cru Pinot Noir of which 18% is vinified in red.
- Of orange-yellow appearance, rose petal colour. Very fine, profuse and sustained long-lasting bubbles. A very fine nose, subtle and fruity: small red berries such as redcurrant and blackberry. A very intense wine.
- A vigorous taste , and well-balanced palate. A fine, smooth, and supple wine with notes of morello cherry. A relatively long finish.

- View: Dom Ruinart Rosé is dressed in a lovely pink color with subtle flashes of golden amber and copper.
- Nose: Spicy aromas of dried red fruits, orange zest and toast with butter, with a soft floral nuance.
- Mouth: The palate offers smoky flavors, expansive candied strawberries and citrus, plus suggestions pink pill, brioche and iodine. Finishes smoky, spicy and very long, with excellent clarity and an echo of the juicy red berries
