4/5

The Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010 gave off aromas of yeast. It has an appropriate bitter end.
It's a good wine!.

We drank it just like that, without any food pairing. My friends and I drank it in a specialized bar.
Neat and pleasant for the eye. Good yeast aromas enhance this wine's bouquet. I noticed some good roughness in the mouth.
