- View: bright and clear yellow, golden reflections, beautiful sheen, sustained effervescence,
a rosary very persistent.
- Nose: Fine and fresh nose, filled with notes of white fruit (pear, russet), apricot,
hazelnuts and almonds and fresh, gorgeous floral and spicy notes.
- Mouth: attack very frank mouth. A balanced, round and fleshy wine with aromas of attack
ripe fruits (greengage and nectarine), persistent final note: a dosage well
