Born as a tribute to the chief of the winery, Louise Pommery. Chardonnay grape predominates harmonizes with pinot noir Aÿ. Start with subtle scents then evolve as if a symphony of flavours is involved.

TASTING NOTES:
-View: Champagne Pommery Cuvée Louise Coffret 1999 is presented with a yellow almost golden tones
-Nose: The nose reveals natural fragrance, released a multitude of aromas ranging from ripe red fruit, notes of beeswax and acacia flower, or even sweet notes of quince, all relieved by a touch of minerality that gives impetus to this champagne with generosity and roundness.
-Taste: everything becomes limpid, clear and without artifice, with a sweetness and without artifice. Extremely soft. It contains within it the freshness and finesse associated with silk velvet heat.

Yeasty and and notes of bakery on the nose . Quite light, but was ok for my taste.
One of the more powerful wines of Champagne.
