Pommery Rose

Good colour. Delicious aromas of yeast and bakery. I don't know what it was but it tasted ripe.
As I had it between meals I could not pair it.
Vranken Pommery Monopole, my friends wine.

- View: Pommery Brut Rosé shows an old pink salmon veiled nuances. The bubbles are fine and persistent.
- Nose: Aroma of berries for a round nose feeling.
- Mouth: The palate is very subtle rosé character: slightly flexible and robust with an appealing freshness and liveliness.

GRAPES: Pinot Noir 100%
WINERY: Champagne Pommery

Typical opacity of a Vranken Pommery Monopole. Bakery smell at the end.
I tried it on a tasting course.
