Pol Roger Vintage Rosé 2012 (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: bright pink, fine and persistent bubbles, with delicate mousse on the palate.
- Nose: aromas of fresh red fruits, fine pastries and light spicy end.
- Mouth: with freshness, elegance, floral notes, nuts and a final powerful.
APPELLATION: Champagne.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay 60% 40%.
AGING secondary fermentation and maturation occurring in the underground warehouses located 33 meters below street level. Each bottle is given a traditional (manual) removed before tasting and dosage. It has aged 7 years before his throat cut and put on sale.
PREPARATION: is made from 20 grands crus and premiers crus located on the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. Once harvested, the grapes are pressed immediately.
