Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut is the signature cuvée of the Piper-Heidsieck House.
Since its founding in 1785, the House of Piper-Heidsieck has proven its innovative prowess in selecting and blending wines of exception. This Cuvée Brut is an emblematic multi-vintage champagne, elaborated from a blend of more than 100 crus sourced from 3 grape varieties of Champagne.
With notes of almond and fresh hazelnut, this lively, subtle, and light Champagne is incredibly smooth and marked by the pureness of fresh pear and apple and a delicate hint of citrus fruits. Fresh, elegant and harmonious, Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut pairs well with sea bass, celery, grapefruit and saffron.

TASTING NOTES:
- View: Straw yellow with a lively and persistent perlage.
- Nose: Aroma of fresh hazelnut and almond, hints of pear and apple with touches of citrus such as lime and lemon.
- Mouth: Intense and vibrant flavour, characterized by an unforgettable freshness. Persistent and long finish.
APPELLATION: Champagne (Champagne, France).
VINEYARD: Piper Heidsieck.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir (50%), Pinot Meunier (30%) and Chardonnay (20%).
AGEING: Minimum of 24 months ageing on the lees and minimum of 6 months after disgorgement.
WINE PAIRING: Tuna and salmon sushi and maki, steak tartare, young comté, courgette flowers, geta cheese and spelt, line-caught sea bass, celery, grapefruit and saffron.
