Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is a champagne today belonging to the category of great classics. Pleasant, elegant, distinct and delicate, it is one of the jewels of the House Perrier Jouët, the first to process a brut champagne in 1854.
Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is the result of a quality blend: the elegance and finesse of the Chardonnay meet the structure and delicacy of the Pinot Noir. The whole ensemble is harmonized by the fruity roundness of the Pinot Meunier.
Hervé Deschamps, chef de caves, said that the Cuvée Grand Brut is the spokesperson for the Perrier-Jouët style. The cellar master, drawing on the creative tradition of the Maison, composes each wine differently according to his intuitions, making each cuvée a unique work of art. Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, however, has the onerous task of continuing to reflect the quest for perfection and quality of the Maison Perrier-Jouët.

How to serve
Perrier-Jouët is a benchmark in the world of champagne. The maison is located in the commune of Épernay, in the department of Marne, and owns about 266 acres of vineyards in the Champagne region. Since its foundation in 1811, Perrier-Jouët has dedicated itself to small-scale production and, in more than two centuries of history, has relied on the collaboration of only 7 Maître de Chai, who have been able to preserve the secrets of a unique style. Today, it is part of the Pernod Ricard group.More about the Winery
The latest release of Perrier-Jouët's NV Grand Brut bursts from the glass with an expressive bouquet of ripe pears, citrus oil, crisp white peach and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and textural, it's ample and enveloping, with a generous core of sun-kissed fruit, a delicate mousse and a nicely defined, delicately sweet finish.View more
