This excellent vintage is characterized by its aromas of apricots, dried fruit, honey and confectionery. With its yellow gold colour, it is corpulent and greedy, and offers an exceptional natural balance.
Made from grapes coming exclusively from villages classified as Grands Crus, it is the fruit of a skilful blend made by Didier Mariotti, the cellar master of the house G.H. Mumm. It is made from two grape varieties, pinot noir (64%) and chardonnay (36%) which gives mineral freshness and finesse to the whole.
Mumm Millésimé Brut 2008 can be enjoyed as an aperitif or goes perfectly with fish and white meats.
