Elaboration of Mumm Millésimé Brut 2006
Mumm Millésimé Brut 2006 (Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Nero and Pinot Noir)
TASTING NOTES:
- Colour: Champagne Mumm Millesime 2006 has bubbles abundant but thin and elegant and finesse and demonstrate the dynamics of this champagne. A fresh coat, golden yellow with hints of jade.
- Nose: The aromas of lemon and grapefruit wealth associated with fleshy fruits like white peach, apricot and acidulous apple give the wine its freshness and vivacity. Also come into play nuts, in harmony with hints of honey.
- Palate: Rich in foam on the palate, but never imposed. The perfect balance is associated with a wide round vinosity. The complexity of the aromas of fresh fruit and candy gives greater intensity to the final result. This is a subtle balance whose exceptional length finish.
GRAPES: Pinot Noir (45%), Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Meunier (25%)
CELLAR: G. H. Mumm
