  • Vue : robe dorée claire, vivifiée par l'effervescence de cordons de bulles fines et persistantes.
  • Nez : belle complexité aromatique, notes de fruits jaunes compotés, marmelade d'abricot, de notes pâtissières (vanille, brioche, miel) et torréfiées.
  • Bouche : bouche ronde et gourmande, finale toute en longueur, d'une belle minéralité.
