Mumm Brut Cuvée Privilege (Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Nero)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Mumm Brut Cuvée Privilege has a clear golden yellow and bright, abundant delicate bubbles attest to the elegance and force of this champagne.
- Nose: The nose reveals notes at the start of fresh ripe fruit (white and yellow peaches, apricots), tropical notes (lychee or pineapple). Next, the fragrance opens with vanilla before developing notes of caramel, bread crumbs and baking powder, then ends with aromas of dried fruits and honey.
- Mouth: Fresh and flavor that explodes on the palate, followed by a great length on the palate; rich bubbles. Perfect balance, wide round fruitiness; Complex aromas of fresh fruit and candy prolong the intensity before it blooms beautifully in a final round.
Grapes: 45% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay.
