How to serve? First of all, you need to have an ice bucket, ice and Cabernet wine glasses on hand. Remember to chill the bottle to 7°C. Once chilled, place the bottle in the bucket, fill with ice and add a little water. When it's time to serve, pour 120 ml of Champagne into the glass, add three ice cubes and voilà: your Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial is ready!
Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial is the perfect companion to light, summer dishes. Pairing suggestions include fresh cheeses, fruit, sushi, light tempura, food with coconut milk and lime sauces and uncooked dishes like ceviche.

- Nose: The powerful scent of tropical fruits (mango, guava), sumptuous nectarine and raspberry.
- Mouth: Luscious flavour of a fresh fruit salad, captivating sweetness of caramel and quince, and the refreshing acidity of grapefruit, alongside ginger notes.
PAIRING: For a special twist, add mint leaves, grape or lime zest, cucumber slices, a slice of ginger, cardamom seeds or berries (strawberries or raspberries).
