TASTING NOTES OF Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Methuselah 2011:
- View: golden straw yellow, green flashes.
- Nose: Sparkling bouquet, vibrant intensity of green apple and citrus, freshness and mineral nuances of white flowers and elegant blondes notes (brioche, cereal, fresh walnuts).
- Mouth: generous palate, combining the richness and subtlety of white fruit (pear, peach, apple), seductive caress of its fine bubbles.

GRAPES: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.
WINE PAIRING: throughout the meal, from appetizer to dessert, prefect with sushi, scallops, oysters, white fish, white meat (roast chicken farm in juice and herbs).
